I spent $8000+ to this business for four dental implants, all top teeth extractions and four bottom row extractions. I was issued temporary prosthetic until my permanent one was ready. Then ***** happened and it was delayed. This year I reached out and they stated the closed a few offices and I needed to come to ***************** for a consult. When I came in one of my implants failed and was removed and temporary prosthetic was adjusted to fit three implants. Then that ***************** location was closed down and now I needed to go yo Apopka but dr was only there certain days that I usually worked. Office claimed that my permanent prosthetic was lost and that the doctor no longer offered the service I was looking for. Advised them that I already paid for the services so either I get my money back so I can go elsewhere or they needed to complete my service. I received a call weeks later stating they found the missing item and scheduled my appointment. That appointment was cancelled due to office not having the right supplies, so I missed work that day and rescheduled the appointment. Device placed a few weeks later and in the office device looked fine. As soon as a stepped in the car outside, the prosthetic looked off in coloring. The guns were a unrealistic color, the teeth were discolored. I called them right away with no answer and left a message about my complaint. I have called the office several times with no call back or resolution. They seem to know my number and just not answer me. It's already embarrassing to need the prosthetic bug at least it should look real. But it doesn't. Caused me to become reclusive and depressed. I wish they would at least speak to me about a solution. This is not right. I'm a healthcare worker so I know there is no excuse for this behavior. ***** has taught me to fight for myself because it can be over at any time.
