      This company showed poor professionalism they were excessively late when I called to get an update of when they were coming to clean my carpets they were rude over the phone. They handled their business very poorly I would never recommend this company to anyone to come clean Anything. I miss an entire day of work waiting for them. I rarely do commenting but today I had to because of how unprofessional and dismissive of their obligations to meet their standards.

      Hello Mrs. *******, as we communicated to you we do not provide exact times for appointments instead we provide windows of time. You're technician was scheduled to arrive between the hours of 9am and 12pm. At 10am you called to receive an update and were told that the technician should be calling you when he was on his way. You then called back at 12:02pm and we reached out to the technician at which point he let us know that he would be about an hour and a half late. At which point we apologized and offered you a considerable discount to proceed with the job. Understandingly you indicated you wished to cancel the job. This is not typical for us, however our technician did have some challenges that prevented him from communicating prior to 12pm as he should've. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.

      Good morning unfortunately that's not exactly what occurred. I gave Ashley a call at 10 AM to get an idea of when the technician will come she redirected me and informed me that he has a 9 to 12 window and I should allow that time for him to come. I respected her communication although it was very curt .
      At 12:02 I called her back and she informed me that she would call me back to let me know when he would be available and he was supposed to give me a call to let me know that he was running late. She then calls me back to inform me that he will be there within the next hour to an hour and a half. I got no response until 1:39 PM when he called me to let me know that he's about 20 to 25 minutes away from my house that would make the appointment to start at 2 PM at that point I informed him that I had other obligations I took a half-day from work and intended to work the rest of the day because I was expecting for him to be at least done by 2 PM based on the amount of work that he would provide. I was frustrated because of the lack of communication. First Ashley made no effort to at least confirm where he was at in the job to give me an idea of when he would be coming since it was very close to the 9 to 12 window. Secondly I was the one that had to reach out twice to confirm when he was coming and At both times that I communicated with them they were very short dismissive and informed me that they cannot control the flow of traffic. I missed an entire day of work ,I work on commission and I did not like the lack of professionalism utilized by these technician and the representative(Ashley).
      I chose an earlier job because the furniture would be wet and they were going to be cleaning my mattresses I would not be able to sleep on my mattress and Nor would my children if he were to come so late in the day. I reached out to Better Business Bureau because of the lack of professionalism and the utter disrespected I receive over the phone. I think it could've been handled better. I chose to cancel the job because as a woman I did not feel comfortable with someone already being disrespectful over the phone to come in my home in my bedroom to provide the service.
      So no I do not feel comfortable removing the comment on Better Business Bureau and I did not except for them to come to my home at a discounted rate.
      I wrote this because they were unprofessional and they harm my business because of the lack of consideration for my time.
