They came out to the house to tow a disabled car out of the yard. This type of tow required them to send out a flatbed truck. The house is located on a very narrow road making it difficult to maneuver a flatbed truck. The disabled car was parked next to my car. Instead of waiting for someone to move my car like it was requested, the driver hit my back bumper causing a puncture hole and separating the back bumper from the car. There are also scratches on the side of the bumper and the driver sideview mirror. When the damage was noticed on my way to work that evening they denied fault stating there is no way the truck could have done that. Clearly the damage to my vehicle is a puncture hole from the edge of their flatbed. I went down to the office the next morning. They took pictures and stated a manager would contact me by 12 pm. No one contacted me. I had to call them back. The manager goes on to state by looking at the pictures there is no way the truck could have done that. I let her know the road is very narrow, there was no damage before their truck came to the property, and the damage is obviously from their flatbed. I state i will bring my car back down to the business so that she can see it in person. The manager states she is not at the property. I request their insurance information. The manager states absolutely not. They send out a supervisor to the house. I request they bring a flatbed truck back out to the house and show me how they maneuvered without hitting my car. Larry the supervisor comes out in a hook and chain tow truck not a flatbed. Denies their truck could have done the damage. I request the driver that executed the tow come out with the truck he used and show me how he maneuvered without hitting my car. Larry states the driver is in Palm Coast. Refuses the get the driver out there with the truck, denies they damaged my car and tells me to get a lawyer. Larry leaves, as he leaves he has to go up the road to turn around in a neighbors yard to get back up the one way street. I point out to him that he had to up the road to get back up the one way street thats just how narrow the road is. As a business they have insurance and since their driver made a mistake take responsibility and let the insurance handle it. Thats the purpose of insurance. I work the nightshift so my car sat parked in that yard til work time. Its a shame they will not take responsibility for the mistake the driver made. This damage did not just pop up on my car. Do not do business with this company.

The puncture on your bumper that you are stating the flatbed did is too low and in no way caused by the corner of the bed. The manager did contact you back and explained to you that there was not way the flatbed could have caused the damage you are stating. As for the mirror and scratches, again the flatbed went behind the vehicle that was to be towed which was next to your vehicle and not beside your car. Larry the supervisor was sent out as courtesy to explain why there is not way where the puncher that was on your bumper could have been done the corner of the flatbed. The bed on the flatbed is too high and does not in any means match up with your bumper. You became irate and refused to listen. I am sorry you feel that the flatbed did this damage but there is not possible way it could have. I don't know what happen to your vehicle but I can 100% guarantee Buddy's Towing's flatbed did not do the damage.

Of course you are going to deny it because the company does not want to take responsibility for the drivers mistake. The manager did not contact me. I had to call to speak to her. The car that was towed was beside my car which means it was next to my car in the yard. Larry came out with a hook and chain not a flatbed as i requested. The type of damage is from your truck. Your driver made a mistake and because it was unwitnessed you all are denying it. The street is narrow and your business just does not want to take responsibility for the drivers mistake. Like i told Larry at some point the flatbed has to come down. I listened to what Larry had to say and yes i became angry because all of us are intelligent human beings and your business does not want to take responsibility for the damage when it is obvious. I requested to be shown, with a flatbed, how the driver maneuvered into the yard without hitting my car. Did not happen. If there was a 100% guarantee your driver or Larry would have come out with the flatbed and showed how he maneuvered into the yard like i requested. The dirt across the road from where the car needing the tow was all pushed around showing the driver was having a difficult time lining up the truck to the car. Do not do business with this company.

If we had done the damage, we would be more than happy to take care of it. Even if it was questionable. However the damage you are claiming that the flatbed did to your car is in no way physically possible with the flatbed. The hole and the crack in the bumper shows a vertical hit. If the flatbed would have made contact with your bumper, it would have been horizonal hit/damage. Also, the damage to your bumper is 18" (roughly) above the ground and the bed itself on the flatbed is 36" and the stinger is 27" . You stated yourself that the flatbed had to maneuver several times to lineup with the car next to you which is did as you can see from the dirt across the street. The flatbed at no time was near your vehicle and could not have damaged your mirror. We sent out Larry with the wrecker and not the flatbed as the flatbed(s) were busy doing calls and he has the experience to tell if the flatbed did the damage. Again, I am sorry you feel that we did the damage but it is not physically possible with the location/direction of the hole on the bumper nor with direction of your mirror. (hitting it would have pushed the mirror forward and not backward)
