            Last week I had a conversation with the service manager ***** who stated and promised that he would call me this past Friday to make arrangements to have a driver come to my house to sign a contract.I'm shocked that ***** lied about his actions of being able to call me.The dealership has been given an unbelievable amount of opportunity to be able to address this issue has failed up to this point hopefully with the Better Business Bureau contacted and maybe they'll get their act together and do the right thing

            Took my brand new car in for its first oil change and while waiting they came out to inform us that they rear-ended my vehicle with another customer's vehicle. 2 hours later we left being told it would be taken care of by *************************. After a week and no word from anyone we called. Amazingly enough a loaner vehicle is now ready for pick up the next day. We show up - no loaner is ready. They searched through 5 cars and tried to give us one with no gas. Oh it gets better......after a week they call to say my car is ready. I go to pick it up and nothing on the bumper where the damage is was touched. They were like, "the scratch on the side was fixed"....and of course I'm like what???? ************************* was not available as he left for the day. This is absolutely unacceptable. I do not blame the employee that rear-ended my car. Mistakes happen but ***************************** job is to make sure that they are corrected. He failed.
