Initially, I was hopeful when the property was recently purchased by Bridge Properties. Updates were promised and new communication tools were being introduced. However, it’s been one disappointment after another. The trades hired to do the “beautification” work have been lacking. Their work has been sloppily executed and, in some cases, hasn’t been completed. I’ve made multiple visits to the office only to platitudes and promises of resolution. Thus far, no meaningful response or action has been received. Our community receives multiple emails to join new Instagram; how, few communications regarding the projects being performed and what to expect have been sent. Those that have been sent have not been adhered to as stated. For example, we were informed that the there would be a cleanup of debris from the roof replacement project. Instead, screen installation began where debris remained on some balconies. I’ve visited the office, sent multiple emails of the shoddy work, and made multiple phone calls to no avail. The Community Manager (Carmen C) has sent multiple emails on the importance of communication from tenants to the Front Office. However, they’ve yet to exercise the same commitment to communicating to tenants and it has affected the quality of life and enjoyment of the premises. Thanks to recent ‘updates’, I now have water damage in multiple areas in my apartment that has yet to be addressed by the staff, a balcony screen that had not been properly installed, and paint in areas that was poorly done and is incomplete.
