We signed a contract with **** ******Stockdale Kitchen and Bath on or about 11-15-21 to demo and install a new kitchen. They were paid $59,913.78 for cabinetry and labor to install cabinets and prep for countertop. The countertop was a painful drawn-out fiasco and took way too long to get them in. When they were all but done, they pulled out saying they would be back to finish the remaining things on the list. Remaining items on the list, install cabinet door, buff out countertop and check cracks in stone, repair scratch on cabinet above microwave, fix crown molding, all around touchup. It was 6/9/22 when we made in good faith the last payment to Stockdale Kitchen and Bath. Due to one of the cabinet doors being damaged they had to order a new one and told me to call them when it came in and they would schedule an appt. I contacted them when the door came in and the receptionist said she would let **** ***** know. They never contacted us to set up an appointment, so we made a list of things that needed to be done to complete the project. We contacted Mr. ***** at his place of business and had him acknowledge the said items and sign the list and date it as well, but nothing became of it. I still got nothing, so I tried once again via text on 2/3/23 asking him to contact me but he had someone else call me instead. First time his son, second time his contractor so at this point I don't think he's really concerned about getting it done.
