            I rented a 16ft Truck from Dave's Fleet and Towing on 5/30/23 keeping the truck longer then we intended due to circumstances out of our control, it was picked up on June 28, 2034 full of our personal belongings. (We have paid for the entire time we had the truck) We I called on July 3, 2023 ***** with Dave's Fleet and Towing stated they had not pick up the truck, did not have the truck and I needed to call the police. Her reaction didn't seem right toe and I became even more concerned by the message I received from her that same day. If I didn't return the truck in two days she would be calling the police. I had more questions than answers and was terrified I might be arrest for a truck I believe they had in their possession, not to mention being worried sick about my personal property. I decided not to call the police and instead call Budget's Customer Service after verify the pick up and drop off date I asked why was I being told that the truck had not been returned if I didn't return it in two days the police would be called. I was hung up on and hung up on again when I called right back. Extremely frustrated and not sure what to do next I filed a online complaint, the reply said to call vehicle recovery which I have repeatedly done and can find no one that can help me..
