Details my be missing since I only have 2000 characters available.My transmission was leaking oil and needed a new seal.I dropped off my car at Lakeside Transmission(LT) on Friday 10/8/21 (drop off was dated wrong with 10/6/21) and was told that my vehicle(V) would be ready for pick up on 10/13/21.The V was not ready until 10/15/21.I picked up my V Friday 10/15/2021 and paid LT $877 for the service.After I picked up my V my transmission was slipping and my check engine like turn on.I called LT the following day 10/16/21 to notify them(******)that my transmission was not ok and that it was not slipping when I dropped it off.****** asked me to dropped off my V on Monday 10/18/21 (I did )and he would called, he didn’t call I called Tuesday 10/19/2021 ****** told me I could stop by to pick up my when I picked up my car ****** told me that my transmission was slipping and quoted me at $2200. to repair it.I told ****** that was a lot of money and that I had just spend $877 for nothing because my transmission was now not ok.I asked ****** to help me out on the price since I had just spent almost $900 with then. I also asked if he had driven my V prior to performing any work on it, he said yes that they do that for all vehicles. I then asked him if he had notice anything wrong with my transmission during his test drive and he said no. I also told him that my check engine light was not on when I dropped off my V.He said he would discus with the owner and call me back on 10/20/21(he didn’t called) I called him on 10/20/21 and asked if he had discuss the price with the owner, he told me that he had gave me a price of $2200. I reminded him that I spent almost $900 he again said that he would discus with the owner and call me back on 10/21/21 he didn’t call so I called and he told me that he would had not talk to the owner and asked me to call back 10/22/21. At this time I would like my $877 back
