            Last month my husband contacted rescue Hero's Plumbing and pumping to pump out septic tank. We were charged $******* for the job and 1 week later tanks were full to the top again . Heros sent a man out to check tanks and told my husband that there was a leak somewhere. The toilet had a minor leak the renters needed to shake the handle to stop it. But there is no way that the tanks got full from the small leak.They also said they put 4, 5 gallon drums of acid which we have no idea since we were sent a receipt that shows what we paid. Not a itemized bill. The job they did should not have cost *******. We were told when they came out second time they were going to charge $2400.00 to pump tanks again. We put that system in over 18 years ago and never had a problem until now. I believe they never fully sucked the tanks out. And put the 4, buckets of acid. Had another company come out and was told apparently they never completely pumped out tanks. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Beware, look for another company for service.

            Don't hire these crooks. Charged us ******* for septic system to be pumped. Never pump tank all the way. Days later both tanks were full again.Dishonest business practices
