Johnsons Plumbing installed a water heater I had purchased somewhere else . Once the Tech completed the installation, the Tech printed out an Invoice on - the - spot to pay immediately , the invoice stated payment is due upon receipt . So I paid cash immediately and received a Paid in Full receipt showing 0 balance owed . Then I received an email and invoice later that day from Daniel Lacko at Johnsons Plumbing stating I owed $100 more dollars because they supposedly failed to list all their parts ! Then , I was texted a scribbled, handwritten note on a PIECE OF PAPER with no name of customer or anything else to identify who those parts were for …. As their proof of parts used on my install ! And all this despite a PAID -IN - FULL receipt issued by them immediately after the job was completed …..Review from Donovan L

Over charges customer for supplies and time for a simple plumbing job. Don’t recommend for anything.

We performed the tasks that were asked for in a timely manner Parts were over $300.00. We removed all above ground 11-4” pvc at well and replaced it with metal pipes. We have a $65.00 discount. The well still has issues which he needs a well tech for that. He said on yelp he didn’t have water after we were done. we had a leaking faucet, and asked them to fix the problem. They came and charged $429.67 to replace the faucet, that is ok, and I paid for the charge. Then, they sent second bill of $128.50 for diagnostics fee, because they saw it was leaking. I told them I did not need them to tell me it was leaking, as I knew it already. Then we were arguing about the trouble shooting fee and they began to threaten me. very disappointing services.
