              On July 2016 I went to Beautologie Cosmetic Surgery and got a surgery for breast augmentation and a Tummy tuck. On the day of my consultation I was told that everything was normal and I was a good candidate. One month later on the day of my recheck my b****** were quite inflamed but that it was normal after receiving a breast augmentation. Six months after the surgery I went in for another consult because my b****** were still inflamed, painful, and I was running a fever. The surgeon that performed my procedure Informed me that it was normal to have some inflammation and recommended that I perform various breast massages that would help the implant descend into a normal position. One year later, the implant on my right breast had not dropped. I went back to again with this issue and the surgeon stated that the implant would eventually descend into a normal position. Time passed by and I got some health issues that required some surgeries and testing unrelated to the breast implant, throughout this time, the right implant still had not dropped and the pain on both b****** persisted. In 2019 I went back for another consultation, the surgeon took some pictures of my b****** and admitted that my breast implants were not placed correctly, he informed me that another surgery would be needed to fix the issue but unfortunately the ******19 pandemic started. During the pandemic, multiple locations were closed and I was never contacted back from Beautologie regarding my surgery date. We attempted contacting the surgeon multiple times during the past years and even sent pictures of issue that persisted. Now its 2023, I went back to Beautologie and they informed me that the surgeon that performed my procedure was no longer working there but they would contact me with a a surgery date. It has been 3 weeks and I have not received a call back. I have gone back and forth with a few people at Beautologie asking for a resolution but they have not been helpful.

              They lied about being board certified. After calling them out and calling the board they have refused all services, even from aboard certified doctors. Do your research, just because they say they are does not mean they are!!

              Hi *******, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our marketing department corrected the error as soon as it was brought to our attention. To be clear, all Beautologie surgeons are board certified in surgery. Dr. J**** is fully board certified by the American Board of Surgeons and is pursuing his certification with the American Board of Plastic Surgery in which we expect to be completed by this summer. This is beyond what is required to perform the procedures Beautologie provides its patients. The safety and results along with the patient experience continue to be of the greatest importance to us and we welcome educated and prepared patients into our offices everyday. Occasionally there are instances where a patient is not a fit with our surgeons or practice and instead of taking a patient's money and operating, we are honest and make the determination to not proceed. We have refunded you in full. We sincerely wish you the best!
