            April 1st 2023 I took my bike in due to them a week prior going inside my primary to fix something . When I got the bike back it was still leaking . On my way there I hit a pot hole which bent my rim and did some other damage . I filed an insurance claim and it’s my insurance company they paid out the claim for CHOPPER GALLERY to replace my exhaust and to change out the gaskets along with other thing. My bike stayed there a month in it now may 18 I got my bike back 2 weeks ago and the they never changed out my exhaust gaskets along with screws falling off the exhaust . I had to take it to another shop and have to pay them $552.44 . To take off the exhaust and add the gaskets . Along with doing the oil change Chopper gallery said they was going to do when I bought the back and they never did . I want Chopper gallery to pay me the 552.54 that I am out due to me not wanting to take the bike back to them after dealing with multiple issues of their mechanics not doing previous work right .

            I was warned about this dealer and should have listened. Was sold a bike thats been dropped on the left side or some sort of accident with no disclosure. They said theres no record of an accident but if I can see it then their certified mechanic should have been able to see it during their inspection. The day I ride the bike home it started leaking a lot of oil, witch lead me to inspect the bike closer. The bars are bent and scraped on the left side, parts are scrapped under the bike and top bolt to the left shock is shaved down. Not only did they sell me a damaged dyna it looks like they attempted to cover it up with a paint job. When I picked it up a week later for the oil leak it started smoking a lot from in between the motor and had to return it again where I noticed rust dust on the frame and some white powder coming from the primary. When I brought it up to the service employee he told me that some bars come with a bend on the left for comfort but when I showed him the scrapes said it does look like it might have been down. Have only ridden it 2 times and have had to return the same days. If I could add pictures I would.
