My husband and I have purchased a few motorcycles and plenty of accesories here, but the thing that stands out is when we have had an issue in the past the company is always fast and prompt to help us and hear us out. That is rare now and I have extreme appreciation for their professionalism.

I would recommend not doing any business with this store and any other related store associated with Malcolm Smith. They sold my son who recently turned 18 with no credit, no drivers license and no insurance a motorcycle. I know in the state of California this is illegal and somehow they were able to do this. Plus the added every extra they could find to the invoice, now an 18 year old is not educated enough with finance to realize he was being scammed into more expenses that was not needed. Later on to find out that finance denied the loan for the motorcycle and Malcom Smith then tells my son the he is in position of a stolen bike. They are the ones that sold it to him, they are the ones that approved the bike off the lot and yet they are still trying to lie and manipulate my son. Luckily my son paid off the invoice in full by then. In all my years I have seen dealers that practice contract manipulation but never in this form. To what extent will Malcolm Smith to continue bad business practices. They should not be in business. Please do not get caught up with this, take your business else where.

I bought a new Hayabusa from these guys back in 2008. My experience with the salesman was one of my best ever. I took the bike there for service for years. Never had a bad experience. As the bike got older, I started doing my own maintenance and often bought parts there. Again - nothing but positive experiences. But it's really the service department that has shined. Doing my own maintenance there have been at least 2-3 times that I've been stuck on a problem. I've asked the service department for help/advice and they have helped me every single time. They don't have to do anything for me, yet they always have. The first time I did my valve maintenance, I couldn't get the timing chain tensioner to release. I took the tensioner in and they showed me the trick. Another time I was having an electrical issue and I was there for a part & decided to ask if they had any ideas. They helped me narrow down how to diagnose the problem.

I saw the bad reviews of the place but still decided to give this place a shot. BIG MISTAKE. Most unprofessional dealership ever.. to everyone please avoid this dealership at all cost. I drove 40 min to see a bike I was inquiring about. Filled out everything I needed to (credit application) & working on finances. I leave to grab some food cause I was there for 4 HOURS. Come back for them just to tell me the bike was sold. They ran my credit multiple times FOR NOTHING. All these guys care about themselves they don't give a F about you! You guys really wasted my time it's ridiculous. Will never do business here & letting all my friends & everyone I come across to avoid this place. They will smile in your face, shake your hand & act like they wanna take care of you but you'll just end up getting backstabbed. Please take your money & energy where they actually VALUE their customers.

Previously, I left a negative review - for some reason it was changed from 1 star to 4 stars and there is no way for me to edit it. I also noticed that one other negative review was taken down since I submitted my previous review... Not sure what's going on with BBB, but I hope that it's still an impartial organization, with the objective of protecting consumers and not sheltering businesses... I still haven't received a reply from the general manager about my negative experience and believe the unscrupulous business practices I experienced are condoned / possibly encouraged by the Malcolm S**** management. I feel that I was taken advantage of and swindled and though the practices weren't illegal, they were definitely unethical and I wanted my previous rating to reflect that.
