            Hotel Chino Hills charged us double for a booking that was already paid through Booking.com We are a business getting accomodation for our employees.On April 10th we booked three units at Hotel Chino Hills for 3 people.Hotel Manager run the credit card of one of the employees for incidentals.AT check out she said that she made a mistake charging the card for another room.Employee was told that hotel manager would refund back the money.It has been past two months and we had not gotten any refund either from the hotel not Booking.com even though we had been following up with them numerous times.Nothing has been settled till now.

            This place is a nightmare, filthy rooms horrible management and front desk staff, Carlos Ramirez the manager is a person without any management skills and should not be in this position, they treated us very badly they over charge and put us in a very mental duress and difficulty, they are not even a member of the area better business beauru. Stay away from this dump.

            Hello, Do note that this guest and their daughter caused a lot of problems for our staff. The daughter damaged the room and left in bad conditions. Even with that we allowed the guest to continue their stay with us. During their stay we made multiple exceptions to assist them so that the daughter could stay without problems and did what we could to accommodate her. Even so, the parents who were paying for the room made it very difficult for the staff to update the reservation and extend daily. They would constantly call the hotel and yell at our front desk making demands and wanting us to break out hotel policies for us. Regarding the damages, pictures were taken of what was damaged to show what the hotel staff had to put up with. They were never over charged, they were actually given a discounted rated. Eventually we had to ask them to leave due to the amount of stress they were giving the hotel staff.
