              H313939343**1333****8H installed an Ac unit in my home. I've had problems with it since then. I had water damage from it as well and when I contacted H313939343**1333****8H they said it passed inspection. I told them I don't ever remember an inspector coming to my home. H313939343**1333****8H paid for an inspection and the inspection was done on 12/08/20**. City on ****** did not pass the inspection and had corrections that needed to be done. I have called H313939343**1333****8H too many times already and they just give me the run arounds. Someone will call you and that's all I get every time I call. I am so desperate and want to cry in need of help to resolve this matter as I have two children and the summer is coming and I don't want them to be dying in this heat.               Don't use this company. ******* came to do "tune up" as advertised price of $59.00 each for my two AC units. What they did do is inspect, take pictures and said I needed over $1300.00 of repairs. My AC units are 3 years old. I called another company to service my AC units. They did seviced both units, clean out with water, took pictures. The 2nd company said my units were in great shape and needed nothing. The pictures taken from the Monarch were not even from our units. The did not come close to the pictures taken by the 2nd AC company. Monarch is a bait and switch company. They are not honest. Please do not use Monarch Home Services.
