    I began a dental plan in Dec 22 for implants & a bridge. The implant went well; exception no after care instructions. 06/2023 I began the bridge process. 07/2023 I visited to have the bridge installed, my teeth were very sensitive, I asked the hygienist why, she stated it was like being in the cold w/o a jacket. The bridge was the wrong color, I was reschd for later in 07/2023 but the bridge didnt fit. During the 2nd install attempt my teeth was very, very sensitive and I was in a great deal of pain so the hygienist asked the Dr to numb. Normally the injection site was prepared with a swab of ointment, but this occasion it was not and the Dr stated to me success was dependent upon me being very still. He began the injections, the hygienist was using the suction, the cold was causing pain so I raised my hand to tell the Dr of my issue, he ignored my raised hand and kept telling me to be still. I tried to speak but I was gurgling & he couldnt understand. I attempted to get up so the Dr pressed his forearm down on my shoulder and stated, thats what you dont want to do. The Dr ***** injecting, the hygienist ***** with the suction, the pain was shooting through my head & I began waving my arms continuously until the Dr said to give me a break, he didnt want me to be in more pain than necessary. The nurse apologized that I began to cry, then attempted the bridge install but it didnt fit. When the numbing wore off my tongue was swollen and in pain and my jaw was stiff. I couldnt open my mouth to eat a small sandwich for a month, so I waited for my jaw to heal before returning. I shared my after experience w/Dr and asked for the numbing before we began the install & the Dr told me there were other places I could go. I asked what that meant. He said I could go somewhere else to get the work done & he didnt feel comfortable. I asked for a refund, the finance mgr refused, so I disputed the charge on my credit card, they lied & said they delivered the product.

    They told me I needed a bunch of extra work and assured me I was getging a great price. They had lenders that could help. After being approved I found out they had committed lian fraud by more than doubling my income on the application. They are telling me that it will take 30 days to return the money to the lender. I am getting calls telling me I need to make the payments until then!
