My mom was admitted for Covid. My sister is the ***** of ********* Because my sister doesn't like me, she put me on the no contact list. I wasn't allowed to talk or visit my mom for her entire stay. My mom and I are very close and once she was discharged, she was very angry. They never asked her, just went by what my sister wanted. She was completely denied of her rights. I called and spoke to the nursing manager on the 5th floor, ****, and she refused to go into the room to ask my mom if it was ok if I have communication with her. My mom is not cognitively impaired so she has the right to make her own decisions. The Director of Nursing was also called regarding this matter but we never received a call back. This place is ridiculous. If you can avoid it at any cost, run the other way. Staff is unprofessional, mean, and rude.Review from Adalberto B

My husband went to the emergency room for severe back pain. They didnt take his vitals or give any kind of examination. He was told by the nurse hed get ibuprofen and wont see a dr. ** exam. ** vitals were taken. We had to go to another hospital which treated him like a patient that needed help. They gave him medication that actually helped unlike Hemet. They were rude and no empathy whatsoever.

Worst hospital in the area,staff is unprofessional and the nurses are rude and liars.If you have a life threatening condition don't come here.Review from Anna Q

My grandpa is a 79 year old veteran and he has liver and lung cancer, he usually goes to the VA hospital. He had a bad fall and hit his head so I had to call an ambulance, they took him to the nearest hospital which was Hemet global medical center. When he was there they took his belongings and his wallet was with the things they put in his belongings bag. He had $340 in his wallet and I know for certain he had it in there, before they took him to the hospital the paramedic counted it for him in front of us and took note of it. While he was in the ICU someone took all of his money. That's not right for someone who most likely works at the hospital to go into my grandpa's things and steal his money. And all the hospital said was for us to call quality control and they would investigate. I'm sure they won't figure it out and my grandpa won't get his money back so I want others to read this and just be aware of your belongings don't take cash to the hospital even in an emergency the staff can't be trusted. I didn't want to give any stars for this review but the site made me at least give one star.Review from beverly g

I was charged a $90 emergency room fee. My insurance has a $90 copay if you are not admitted. I was admitted but not until I paid the fee. I was admitted for appendicitis and had surgery that day 8/3/2022. The surgery was at Menifee Hospital but Hemet Global does the accounts payable. They always say it has been approved but they are behind on putting checks out. It has been four months since the surgery. I call monthly since the day after the surgery but still have not received the refund. A week ago they said they would put the refund on my credit card which did not happen either. I would think four months is long enough to wait for a something they should not have charged me for. .
