Run a global website for all their stores but the stores dont receive the orders. They then charge your card regardless of whether you get the order. I had ************* for a party and went to pick it up (after receiving a confirmation and my card was charged). Called corporate and was sent to voicemail. Stay away from this chain.

Inefficient business owner who exhibits poor customer service with extreme arrogance and unwillingness to resolve the following issue: A pre-payment of $93.72 for an order of 20 sliders:10 turkey/10 briskets) was made on February 7, 2022 at 3:30pm and was scheduled to pick up the order as described on February 13, 2022 at 2:30pm on “Super Bowl” Sunday. I brought in the receipt as proof of payment as instructed by the cashier, however, the owner said that I picked up the order on the same day of purchase which was incorrect! As I disputed his false accusation, I told him to look on his work schedule to identify the employee who was working on the date and time printed on the receipt so that the worker could been held accountable for my purchase. Nevertheless, the owner refused to take any action to resolve this dispute. In the meantime, my husband, a retired LA County Deputy Probation Supervisor, and I left Dickey’s in dismay and upset with the owner’s position on this problem that he refused to solve. He treated my husband and I as if we were criminals who have been loyal customers since the grand opening. If we were criminals we wouldn’t have done the following: (1) Gone to another Dickey’s Barbecue in Gardena where we placed and paid for an order of 20 sliders that we got ripped off by the Dickey’s in Compton. (2) Contact Dickey’s Corporate Office in Texas and their response: they were going to contact the owner to call me to resolve the problem, however, I haven’t heard from him. (3) Contacted my bank, Wells Fargo to put the money back on my card. (4) File this complaint with BBB. (5) File a complaint with Small Claim Court
