            Went to get my vehicle for an oil change went to pick up vehicle they hit the side of my car stating they would fix it and provide a rental this matter happen on march 9th around 1pm when they called me for pick up didnt inform me the issue happens over the phone waited till u got there to pick up vehicle called over 20 times just to get it resolved have spoke with **** and rosy they told me to go by and pick up rental two weeks ago and when I got their told me he didnt have it available that he just told me that because I was upset lost time of work because of the issue yesterday called again to see if we could resolve stated they would call me havent received no call Im always calling and not getting no call back to resolve this issue they want me to rent a car when calling last week they said they were on spring break and could resolve it at the time

            Customer service is the worst ... They don't reply to calls the manager tried to have a cocky attitude . My issue iwas their warranty how can a vehicle covered under manufacturer warranty because the cvt transmission which was extended through a settlement for more years and miles because the contract odometer miles were different so 8nsurance denied claim I'm stuck with a transmission that's gonna cost over 3000 to 4000 to replace 782.00 left on loan ...... I mailed and requested for a refund and both warranties no response. .
