            Terrible!!! Do not go here! We purchased the car in July and we realized all our paperwork was wrong when we got home as they had the wrong VIN #. That took months to rectify and it was like pulling teeth to get any answers as to getting the paperwork corrected. Then we found out in October (finally talking to someone) that the paperwork submitted to the *** was incorrect. They were resubmitting and then in December they asked if we could go get our own smog check because the *** actually failed the testwhy was this sold to me then to begin with??? When I was irate about this, the ** called and said he was able to pull some strings and escalate the situation and sort it out with the *** so we wouldnt need to do our own smog test after all- because I told him he can take back the car. It took until January to get my plates. Maybe my situation was a one off but I certainly will NEVER go back!
