My business with Daniel's appliances began in March of 2022 I originally went in and purchased a refrigerator from my home the transaction went great it was delivered and worked in a proper condition. I went back the following month to look at stackable washer dryer units at the time he didn't have any end and suggested checking back at a later time. I purchased one from an outside source and actually called on him to see if he could look at it for repair as it did not work accordingly he came to my home free of charge and told me it did not work and was not worth fixing. I thanked him for his time and knowledge. Because of that great service I went back may 2022 and purchased a stackable washer dryer his son handled the transaction for $550 which was to be delivered that following weekend. The stockable unit was delivered, my first experience utilizing the unit I found that the dryer was not actually Heating I contacted them he came out later in that week after two failed appointments he stated he was overbooked I understood. He showed up he fixed it, I had also explained that it was not stopping he said that it was all included in the same problem and it was all corrected. I later found that it was not and the dryer remained on continuously until you physically stopped it. At this point I had also determined that there was a leak from the washing machine. I called them back at this point he had apologized and said he will be out as soon as possible. Due to the character limit I'm going to sum up what happens since, no response or follow up from any promised appointment. Once I began blocking my calls I would get people to answer one gentleman told me he was stepping in due to the family being on vacation the following day he did follow up with me and let me know that they did confirm my story and he will be out here by the end of that week which was July of 2022. He also failed to show up, I have went in store and left message with younger son.
