            During December - March 2023 I spend my winters in Haines City Florida at this time denture that were made by Aspen Dental in ***** ****** Oh office broke and the repair was done by Aspen Dental in **** ***** **. While repairing the dentures the dentist applied acrylic to my implant post which bonded to the denture making it impossible to remove. At which time i returned back to Ohio and went to Aspen Dental in ***** ****** Oh. The denture needed cut out and destroyed which required new denture to be made. I was told no fee that Aspen Dental **** ***** ** would be billed for the denture. Over the course of serval months i needed repairs to new dentures at which time they refused to proved services till i paid $2000 for the new denture, which i did. Keep in mind I had a 7 year warranty and have been denied a refund. Neither Aspen Dental locations will respond to my refund just place the blame on each other.

            I believe this business is deceiving customers. I wanted a price for a tooth implant, They said they needed to see me before they can give me a price. The inspection is free if the person does not have dental insurance, I told them that I have Humana Medical Insurance but no dental insurance, I do not have any dental insurance and never did, They led me to believe I was getting a free inspection the entire time. They billed me and Humana for the inspection. All I ever wanted was an estimated cost to enable me to select a dentist for the tooth implant,
