Called at 1023 am no one answered left a message.Never got a call back So I called at 445pm and was told by a secretary only the Attorney listens to the voice mail and she had a family emergency. PRETTY ****** WAY TO HANDLE A LAW OFFICE.

Yes, the gentleman wanted assistance from my office and left a voicemail. I was in the office one day very early and took down his message, but since his transaction was coming up over a week away, I did not immediately bring it to my staff's attention. I was out of the office because my Mother had a stroke and died within 48 hours. I was by her side and then planned and attended her funeral. This gentleman was called within 24 hours of his call and his transaction was completed on time, without any delay or inconvenience to him. He screamed at my staff and was insulted because he did not get immediate attention and stated that I should have "protocol" set up for when I have a family emergency such as the death of my Mother. Don't know exactly how you can plan for that, but in my opinion I praise my staff for completing the transaction in a professional manner, in spite of being screamed at and treated rudly.
