            We purchased an interlock ****** years ago with a ** year warranty. Weve had water coming into our ensuite bathroom from our roof since March 2022, but only during the spring melt. I was in contact with interlock, and they were supposed to come out & assess. I kind of forgot about it in 2022, and they never followed up. Fast forward to March 2023, and the issue starts again. Ive been in contact with interlock almost weekly since March. They did finally come out to look in October 2023, and tried to tell me the issue is condensation from using the shower in the bathroom. I have not used that shower since we bought our house ** years ago. I was promised a report back in October, and still have not received anything. Ive been emailing with no response. I need someones help pushing this issue further. The main reason we paid almost double for a roof to be installed in the beginning is because of the warranty provided. I have proof of all emails that have been sent between us over the months. Id really appreciate someones help in rectifying this issue. Thank you.

            This is to confirm how pleased my wife and I are with the work the Interlock service technician did to attach custom metal stripping onto the shed beside our house. For months we could hear a squirrel scratching around inside the little gap between the outside wall of our dining room and the adjacent metal roofed storage shed. Im a senior with mobility issues, so my limited efforts to thwart the rascal didnt stop it from chewing access holes through the wooden trim on the ****** Board shed wall. Its been two days of silence now, so either the little rascal was not inside while the serviceman was working, or else its eternally resting where it chose to hang out so often.I apologize for my impatience and complaints while waiting for the work to be done. I realize Interlock service calls have to be subject to weather, travel, and other factors, especially during the winter. However, the competence and tidiness of the service technician's work for us was well worth waiting for.***********************
