Horrible horrible company to deal with. We experienced very poor installers, and as a result have issues even though this company offers a 5 year warranty, they won't stand behind it. We have had two private inspections done which both revealed the same issues and yet Airdrie Roofing claim our issues are related to a framing problem. They have not taken responsibility for their poor workmanship or the fact that they offer a 5 year warranty but won't honor it in our situation. I would never ever recommend them and will spread the word to anyone we know. They will not agree to come back at their cost and repair it. In fact they expect us to pay them now for the repairs to their bad install job that is still under warranty and not fixed from the initial install job. They are claiming now that it is a bad framing job. If that is the case common sense would prevail and one would ask why then why did they even start the install if they felt it was a poor framing job and they could not complete the job properly. It certainly is not due to framing but that is the excuse being used. Don't use them.... We have built several homes well over a million dollars and never experienced anything like this with other roofing companies. Our valleys are twisted, and kinked and two inspections have revealed identical issues. We are so disappointed in this company and will tell everyone we know. At the end of the day I guess a judge can decide who is right and who is wrong. In the meantime, do due diligence when choosing a roofing company because this company in our opinion is not reputable and deserve to have a 1* rating.

The facts of this situation are being misconstrued by the homeowners. Inspections noted the issue at hand is due to shifting and settling of the structure over time. Contrary to the homeowners comments, framing issues at initial install have not been noted as a contributing factor, nor were the issues at hand present on completion of install. The inspector and other parties the homeowners have involved in this situation have stated Airdrie Roofing is not liable to be doing these repairs under warranty. The inspectors noted a few minor repairs they recommended having completed which we returned to site recently on multiple occasions and completed. To state we do not warranty our installs is false and a lie. The install was signed off on by the homeowners in 2019 after multiple inspections completed the months following installation. The issue at hand were not present for years after original installation. Due to the homeowners threats of defamation, slander and legal, *********** have advised not to communicate additional information publicly.
