I applied in 2020 for a clinical Aesthetics and makeup Diploma . It was a 10yr anniversary special so prices were discounted ( this was not honoured.). My program was a new program listed so when I went to do my student loan application I had help from ******* who works for one beauty ( purely) I was told to put blended hair as my program as mine was not listed as well as in ************ as my school . ********** not listed. When asking if this is the same price as my program she said yup I think . Even though it was only offered at my school. Tuition I was told was $21,125. I do recall on webpage it was $16,000. When school started it was online . I voiced I thought this was not where I was suppose to be but reassured numerous times it was . When I went to webpage to reference and see the breakdown of what I was learning the website had been removed. I called stating my irigram was gone but again reassured it was being updated. It updated but my program was no longer . So I had no reference so we decided that I would just stick with my clinical Aesthetics Diploma . I had already taken spfx (online) so of course I was happy to pay that $6000. So my course should be $11,125+6000 which is ****** and owing $4000. For last 7 months I have been emailing and told on more than one occasion I would receive it. Today I was informed by text abs email I was not abs that my tuition was tight with me still be allowed to do do laser /prosthetic. Laser /electrolysis since my program started in ****************************************************** my program at any time at all so thats news. I want my $4000back ! Nobody has taken any ownership on this . Also if they cant provide a service In my course time . The time Im putting aside from school tgan I want that back as well. Two yrs to figure that out is plenty. Pls help me or let me know what I can do . Also in one of the pics sent things are on there they school does not offer.
