    Dropped off an item for repair in October 2024. In January, and after many attempts of getting a hold of the guy, heard he was going through some issues via their Facebook page and was advised to get a hold of him to pick up our items via text or Facebook messenger. I immediately texted. It wasn’t until Feb 21 he finally responded, almost a month later. He said he would be in shop for pick up the following Monday. Go there Monday and it’s closed. Tried texting again and no response. Now Google is saying he’s permanently closed *** ***** **** **** ******* **** *** ********* He refuses to answer texts. Screens calls. How do I get my item back?! It’s an ECM from a *** ******* This thing is worth thousands of dollars! I just want it back.

    I dropped off my amp worth $*** to this business a year ago for repair. His name is ***** *********. I paid him $*** for parts and diagnostics. I have called numerous times and sent emails with no replies.
    There is now a letter on the door stating eviction. I want my amp back and a refund.

    Hello, I'm an exchange student from South Korea, studying in University of Saskatchewan.
    I had a problem with my laptop, so I gave my laptop to techbox and I already paid for it. And I have waited for 3 months but he doesn't give my laptop back.
    He always tells me to come and pick up my laptop, but whenever I visit here, it is always closed.
    I'm leaving Canada next week, so I have to get my laptop as soon as possible. Thank you.

    May 21st I visit Techbox for controller repair. On May 22nd I retrieve my controllers, the first time. $***** paid as a deposit, $***** paid to retrieve my controllers. $** service+ tax. I still don’t have my controllers. I’ve brought my controllers back 3 times since the first interaction, because of their lack of service to my belongings. Each time I return home with a faulty controller. On June 27th I brought my controllers back last. Business claims to have forgotten about them. I call them and they won’t return my calls, or answer sometimes, usually he is unsure when his service will be complete. They don’t call me when they’ve completed the service, each time I’ve had to call them or visit their shop. Why is this business not testing their repairs before sending a customer home with their device? Why do I have to call them for an update? Why are my controllers not priority? I’ve been without a controller for 2 months because of this business.

    After waiting a year with no actual work done to fix my bluetooth headphones. This business told me that I told them not to fix them while holding on to my headphone for 5 months, disassembled, and never once called me to pick them up. When I called Saturday, January 28th, 2023 , I was told I could not pick my headphones because they were disassembled and missing a part they had to find. Again, which clearly indicates that my headphones could not have been ready 4-5 months ago for pickup. Where was this documented and communicated to me like I asked?
    Firstly, I do not understand why when I spoke to the person on Saturday, January 28th, 2023, he had to resort to using expletives to get his point across being that I the customer was being extremely inconvenienced? Next, why was there a lack of communication on my headphones? Granted you have other customers, but I kept asking for emails to confirm our conversation several times over the last year and only received one email which pertained to the theft they had last year, and I had to always keep calling. When I asked for my headphones , the person I spoke on the phone offered to return the headphones disassembled, missing a part that could not be found, knowing that I brought in an assembled pair of headphones. This was extremely distasteful. Finally, I picked up my headphones on January 30th, 2023, from the business and I find the headphones to be dirty, with a hole in the padding that wasn’t there before. Now I am forced to go to another business to get my original problem resolved. I want to understand why there is a hole in the padding of my headphones, and why was I offered to pick up my headphones in pieces with a missing part for me to assemble myself. This business has great reviews online and I am so appalled by the treatment that I received. Can you put yourself in my shoes for a minute? You bring in something to fix, and they offer it back in a bag taken apart with a missing part.
