    I had signed up for a storage locker on sept 29th 2023. They had a deal where you can receive 10 percent off each month. I have signed up for the deal and monthly payments were to be ****** every month. I was still being charged every month from my credit card of ******. I have contacted **** numerous times through email and phone calls and he keeps telling me they are working on it and will have it to me by the next day. Which that day never came. Now I just recieved an email that they are now charging me ****** for the month of July. I again have called today to get in touch with **** who is the manager but the numbers I have for him are disconnected. I have contacted another number which is for the lockers inside the **** ** ****** and the man who answered did see of my file that I am being over charged and he gave me another number to contact **** but again that number is not in service. I have all the emails and phone call recordings. Also, I was being charged extra for insurance which I did provide them that I had my own insurance. Amount they took from me was *****. They have over charged me in the amount of ******
