    I being a single mom for 6 years, never have I stopped doing for my children, my girls did dance since the age of 3, I've struggled to pay dance fees my whole 6 six years of separation but my girls loved dance so we continued to manage it, we switched dances studio in sept 2021 i went on a payment plan with dance fees as well cause my fee was 400,00/month not including costumes, exam fees, solo fees etc nit including travelling to competitions,
    I notified ******* about a payment plan for dance 2022-2023 dance year, which was ok my 315/month rules and regulations changing, dress code changing putting deadlines for everything, most parents struggle to pay dance cause it's so expensive to, my daughter unsure of dance this coming season notified ******* about it, we told her that we weren't interested due to many reasons, ******* replies back if she quits dance she might regret it, try the first week back first, my daughter tried her first week back which was the most painful week ever for my daughter, with my daughter having bad knees and hips caused by dancing.

    ******* us still charging full fees for sept and Oct, being really unprofessional about this manner as well, I am refusing to pay dance fees until this is fixed in a professional manner, ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************
    Not everybody has media to respond from and I'm one of those parents and I am getting media either to respond about dance issues, ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************

    In Response to complaint *******: It was mutually agreed upon that the customer will no longer be a client of Prince Albert Dance Company. Notice of termination was given to the client through email and all out standing bills have been forgiven. The client then removed her daughter from their registered class and gave reason through the Parents Portal. I feel as though this issue is fully resolved and there is no need to move forward with this complaint.
