    * **** *** ******** **** ** ***** **** the employees are rude and if you can find someone to help you and NOT be met with feeling like you are JUST annoyance, then it is amazing, the staff are rude and unapproachable, they don't seem to care if you are there *** **** ** *** **** ** ******* ******* ********** **** ***** *** **** * ****  The other day I went in the wrong door, the Out door opened and I went in that way by mistake, a girl at the service desk called to me from across the store telling me that I had come in the wrong door, I told her I had realized that, she went on to say that because I did that I would have to go all the way around to access the store, I told her I realized that too. She yelled this to me from the service desk, she embarrassed me and everyone was looking at me and the way she told me was not nice, she made me feel like I had committed a crime...I told her I was sorry and had done that by mistake. She went on to berate me and I felt like I had committed a huge crime. * **** **** ****** **** ***** * **** ** **** ** **** I never have a good experience at the Canadian Tire in Moose Jaw. I was going to buy a few items, but I did not, for one thing I could not find anyone to help me *** ******* ******** **** ****** **** ** ******  I left the store. *** **** ****** * ** ***** ** *** ** ******* * **** **** ** *** ********* *** * ** *********** ** *** ** ******** ******** ********** **

    I am sorry you had that experience. I assure you, we do appreciate our customers. Many long time employees and loyal customers is our goal! In the service area there are couple of employee only entrances, for security and safety. Although we don't condone yelling, I know the staff are concerned about these zones. I'll discuss with staff regarding tone and temperament of communicate
