    Paid for driver's education for my daughter, she took the in-class then they wouldn't book the in-car sessions. Now they won't answer the phone and the business is never open when we attend in person. We have hired another company to do the in-car sessions, but now she isn't registered as having taken driver's education at all, so now has to wait the full year to go for her G2. She should be eligible now because she's taken driver's education.

    The new owner of this business indicated that we exceeded the 12 month timeframe for receiving their services. We exceeded that timeframe because they refused to contact us within that timeframe.  Each time we reached them, they said they would call us backthen stopped answering our calls all together.  We have given this a valiant and patient effort to have this rectified, well beyond their year requirement.  Not because we didnt contact them within the required timeframe, but because they refused to communicate with us.  We would like a full refund as we now need to enroll our daughter in drivers education AGAIN.

    I signed my son up at delta driving school at the beginning of 2023 and was told he had 1 year to complete the online class and in car lessons. We tried to book the in car lessons and was told the company was sold and we no longer are a part of there program. We did not get what we paid for. They did not notify us that this was happening. They basically took our $600 and ran . I have the email that they sent us with the sign up information and also the receipt that I paid in full. This company has scammed a lot of people. Also just here say but have heard the new company and old company are in on this scam together. They have relation with one another. I want Delta to honor what we paid for or I want my money back and I will go elsewhere

    I had enrolled for full driving instruction course at Delta Driving school which comprised of 30hrs online +10hrs in-person training. After the full payment of $600 was made, they provided me the online course. I completed the online course on 14th April after which I asked for the in-person classes. I did not get satisfactory response from them after multiple calls and follow-ups. After so many requests, in the next one month I was given just 3 hours of training with almost daily calls and follow-ups. It was like they don't even care if I didn't receive any services. I had an urgency to take my G2 test but Delta driving school always ignored my urgency requests. I went down to their office since they refused to take any further calls. I was informed by their representative that I will no longer be given any training/classes and that they are not responsible for my training anymore. They say that their management has changed and the new management is not liable to provide services to the old students and their money is lost. They even denied me any refund or any service continuation. I feel cheated with my time & money lost.
