      I leased a vehicle and the leasing was done through the Windsor credit union as that was who the dealership used. All monies were paid on time as required. The vehicle leased was returned on time, in prestine condition and under the allotted mileage. The company after a month attempted To Charge me for damage not present and an extra car payment. I did not authorize the payment. The vehicle was returned in Feb. they took the payment without authorization on June 9th from bank account

      The disputed amount of $446.35 noted by the borrower is the disposition fee on a lease agreement of $395.00 plus HST. This amount is noted on page one of the Vehicle Lease Agreement signed by the borrower and is further referenced in the Schedule of Additional Terms on page three of the same agreement in the Scheduled Termination Closed Leasesection.  This amount is due and payable at the conclusion of the lease.  Six attempts were made to contact the borrower by **** Credit Union, either by phone or by email, between April 9, 2025, and May 22,2025.  A final demand letter was issued on May 28, 2025, requesting payment by June 6, 2025.  Payment was not made by the requested date, so the outstanding funds were debited from the borrowers account.  WFCU ********************************************* had authorization to take the payment as the borrower signed the Waiver of Pre-Notification on the Payors *** Agreement that states I/We waive any and all requirements for pre-notification of debiting, including,without limitation, pre-notification of any changes in the amount of the *** due to a change in any applicable tax rate, top-up, or adjustment.  Additional information or copies of the referenced agreements can be provided as required.  Please advise us if anything else is needed.
