    I paid maintenance fees of $1079.12 for December 2022. The property management company refuses to return the money to me despite on 11/16/22 the management company asked for my address in order to return the fees because the purchaser of my apartment paid the fees for December. I sold the apartment and the deal closed on the 24 of November. I never received the maintenance fees back. They refused to mail the cheque for $1079.12 even though I provided the address. The property management company received the fees twice. The company also refused to return a $200 elevator deposit I had given them in the previous May 2022 by money order even though I provided the mailing address and a stamped self addressed envelope. ***** ** * ******* ** **** ********** ******* *** ***** ********** ** *********** They damaged my apartment on two different occasions while doing work and were never held fully accountable. **** ** **** ************ **** *** ****** *** *** *** ******** ** ************ **** ** * ** *** **** *** ** ********** *********** *** ********* ** ******  This is the email saying the fee would be returned: maintenance fee

    I acted in good faith providing the fees for December until the purchaser could pay as Comfort Management told me I needed to pay it even though it was going to be paid by the new owner. The company promised the return of the fees *** **** ** ** **** ************
