I call them and supposed to have internet installed July 5th, called a couple days early to confirm, reschedule for the next week. A tech comes, looks at my house and leaves. I told them that my house is a brand spanking new house. There was no internet connection installed. The first tech said there is no internet connection, second tech comes stays for 3 hours, looks around the house and leaves again. On July 19th, they realize they need to get a tech to run a fiber from the street to my house. The Bell tech that came saw 2 work orders for our address. The one he installed for **** Raku got it installed and used a Bell modem because that is what was ordered under the order. I decided to cancel my subscription with H3233**30**383433**37H and go with another internet provider. They mailed me the labels and sent me the labels. Once they received the equipment they would reimburse me. In the meantime, I received letters from **** to my address for **** Raku. I put Return to Sender and sent the letters back. Instructions from **** came in and it was not addressed to me. So I put Return to Sender and sent them back. They are refusing to reimburse me for the modem and one month of service until I return the Bell modem to them. I am not sure if I can return the Bell modem to them. I&#**;m not sure if it is legal to do this. Yesterday I called Bell, it took a while for them to understand that I didn&#**;t have an account with them but got the information to send the modem back to **** directly. Then I called H3233**30**383433**37H directly and told them if they didn&#**;t give me the return label to me, I would send it back to **** so that they can release my funds and reimburse me. It has been 12 days since they received the modem from me. I would like my refund.

The complaint has been resolved.  They refunded me for the modem and the one month service that I never got to use.
