    Purchased several items from this company in 2023 and 2024 - canvas prints and photo enlargements. There was no problem with the canvas prints but the two 16 x 20 framed photos began to deform and worsen over time. We were away for the winter and when we came back the photos were grossly wrinkled. I took pics and sent to customer service. After first agreeing to replace these, they then said it was beyond 90 days and they could do nothing and blew me off after several protests via email. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was never called back. The purchase was made in Aug, 2023 but photo enlargements should not deform in this way. I am typing this beneath a picture of my family taken 30 years ago and is still pristine. I can understand the 90 days timeline in the case of a broken glass or scratched frame but not in such a case as mine.     I ordered 3 acrylic pictures from Canvas Champ, and my order was completely mishandled. The company has yet to make amends or at least contact me.
    First of all, Canvas Champ inverted the images I submitted for the acrylic compositions. What makes the matter worse is that these acrylics were to be a gift, but now it is ruined.
    Secondly, the company never answers their phones. They claim to have 24/7 customer service, but this is a lie. I've never spoken to a live person. When the phone picks up, you are immediately put on hold. I once waited for up 15 minutes with no answer whatsoever. I even went as far as calling their overseas number, and it was the same. No answer at all. Their customer service is non-existent.
    Thirdly, their email customer service is lackadaisical at the best. I've only received one email response from them. When I reached out to them about the error they had made, which was close to 2 weeks ago, they've still yet to answer! Lastly, the company ships their products out of India, not the USA or Canada as they pretend. Had I known the package was coming from overseas, I would have taken my business elsewhere. I am extremely dubious about businesses operating out of India.

    I provided Canvas Champ my correct address for shipping. They delivered it to the wrong address and have been silent ever since when I asked them to deliver it to my correct address.

    CANVAS CHAMPS COMPLAINT
    ORDER #: ************** On February 18th, I placed an order with Canvas Champs and paid for express shipping (the business advertised on their website that express means 1 day or next day shipping) which totaled to C$95.01. I requested in my notes and email that if the painting could not be delivered by February 23rd, to cancel the order. They ignored me and submitted it anyway. February 21st arrived and so I gave them a call. The customer rep *******, who took my call asked me why I was calling and when I started to explain, he hung up on me. I called back and was told by another rep that the painting wasn't even made yet because of production delays which was not communicated to me via email or otherwise. They said it will arrive by Feb 23rd instead. When the 23rd arrived, I gave them another call and was told sorry, there are shipping delays. So I said, that this delivery was a surprise gift and if they were not able to meet the deadline it should have been communicated. I also said, due to their policy of 1 shipping day in Canada (I also reside in Canada), if I will get a full refund on the shipping. They said yes, once the package arrives. The package did not arrive until February 29th. I called again to receive my refund and they said they are waiting until the status changed in their profile so I asked for the communication in writing. I followed up again today, only to be told, I will receive $17 because it arrived on time per their standard shipping times despite telling me previously that I will get the full refund shipping fee. The entire process was stressful and emotional due to the lack of care and professionalism. I also did research and found that their head office is not even in Canada as advertised. So above everything else, I feel like I was ****** and cheated out of my experience *** * ******* *** ******* ** ********** ***** ******* * ** *** ****** ****** *** **** *** ******* ************ I am truly hoping you can help me
