Not only does this company not deliver on quality or its promised service - business leads for sales purposes - they will **** you during the refund process after you fight for your money back. I spent $250 to receive 2,000 coastal boutique leads, specifically buyers in the retail space, and they instead delivered over 2,000 of junk leads in completely random categories/industries. Examples: *******, E-bike companies, brands that sell their own items and more. I provided them with detailed information ahead of time to later find the leads were never vetted and when I called this very obvious issue out (line by line, mind you) they disagreed with me and refused to give me my money back, but they were willing to replace them with more low quality leads I wouldn't be able to use. **** ******* ** ***********. They furthered the **** during the refund process after I returned the lead list and had to vet it myself and highlight the unusable leads, which was a majority of the list. on August 12th after I escalated it to the "manager" they filed a refund and said it would take 12-15 days. I followed up a week later and my contact, *******, confirmed the refund was underway and would hit my account the following Tuesday. I followed up on 9/4 and he apologized for forgetting to submit my refund and the fastest way to fix the error was for me to share my personal banking details. No mention of reversing the credit card charge ** ************* ********** ********* *****. Alternatively he said I could pay a processing fee through ******, a business specific platform that I would have pay fees just to get my money back. I refused to share my personal banking details so requested ***** or *****, he refused and then suggested ******* as in his region "Canada" they can only use this service for refunds. ******* is not traceable and has not been widely used for business transactions. Conveniently, he said if I wasn't willing to accept money the above ways, I would not get a refund.
