    The elevator technician refuses to check in at the Front Desk when he arrives, and refuses to check in with Management before he leaves. The one time Management was able to speak with him, he was visibly angry at being interrupted. Our elevators go down all the time, and people get stuck in there all the time. Someone is going to get hurt from TK's negligence. The Corporation even hired an elevator consulting firm to try and force TK Elevator to do their job, but they don't even respond to the consultants messages. We are a high-rise building without an elevator for FIVE DAYS, and TK Elevator has refused to tell us WHY, or WHEN we might have an elevator. I cannot stomach this company, but the Corporation signed the contract already and it's locked in for 5 years....TK could not care less.
