    I am getting repeat calls every single day (sometimes more than 12 calls per day) for Duct cleaning from offshore Asian with Canadian phone numbers. I have requested them to remove my number, but they said they will remove if I take the service. To trace down the company in Canada, I said Yes for the service. Then, I got a call from number ************** which is associated with ****************************************. I have repeatedly postponed the appointment and every time I postponed the service I get calls from offshore from different numbers and the follow-up calls come from Dusty Duct Cleaners. My repeat requests to remove my number from their callers list is ignored and they continue to harass me. I request your organization to take necessary steps to address this as YOU are in a way promoting this business by approving *** accredited on their website. Please help.

    I was just on the phone with these guys and when I started to ask questions the manager called me stupid. My question was where are you located?

    First of all I would like to inform you that this company claims to be *** A+ accredited on their website, however it looks like they are not.

    My complaint is about their telemarketing methods. Representatives calling on their behalf have been calling my home ************** at least once per day for several months. I keep telling them that I am not interested in their services and to stop calling my home. Sometimes they are foul mouthed - just yesterday one representative told me ***** **** when I asked him to stop calling. This is unacceptable. It is disturbing me, my family, and interrupting my work meetings, as I work from home. The caller ID always shows a different number, so they are being deceptive. It was only when I asked, did he say that he was calling from ***** *** **** ********.
    It has become stressful and I don't know what to do at this point. I hope that the *** can help make this stop.

    I got this busines to clean my ducts in my house, did not promise what they said, did not hook up a vacuum to suck out the dust, dust everywhere in the house and also didn't disinfect the ducts, I paid them $100 cash, my tenant was their watching their poor work, I did contact them and when I called they immediately said how did you get this number,fishy right. I called twice and they they said they will look into it, i followed up a week later and same story,but now i am blocked, I put a warning on face book already, just want a proper job done.

    I'm constantly getting phone calls from teleworkers claiming to be from Dusty Duct Clearners from 1 to up to 5 times a week asking if I'm interested in having my ducts cleaned. It's different people, from different phone numbers and I tell them every time that I'm not interested and to stop calling and harrassing me. But the calls keep coming. I've been blocking the phone numbers, but they call from different numbers.

    I've also sent emails to the customer service of this company on Sept. 8 and Sept. 17, 2022, informing them that if the calls didn't stop that I was going to contact my lawyer, police and anyone I can think of to stop these phone calls. I've never received any replies to my emails.
