    On November 8th 2024 we stayed in room *** and within a couple hours found a live cockroach running around the bathroom. The hotel refused to do anything but change our room, so we packed up and immediately changed hotels. We booked this through the Wyndham rewards program so we reached out to them to ask them to force the hotel to exterminate and provide us with proof of extermination and they told us it was between us and the hotel, despite me telling them we already brought it up with the hotel and they just said sorry and left it at that. ****** **** *** ****** ** **** ***** ***** ******** *** ** at risk of bringing these bugs home in ***** luggage and it’s not cheap to have your home exterminated. We have reached out to the Niagara region health department. It’s important to note as well, that after we packed up and we’re on our way out we noticed a spiderweb near the exit and stuck insid that spiderweb was another dead cockroach. I let the hotel know about that as well, and that these things aren’t just a 1 room issue, **** *** ***** ******
