    On June 19, 2025, I purchased an ******* **** ****** product from The Soap Tree store at the Eastgate Mall in Stoney Creek. Ontario. This device emits radiation into the skin to supposedly reduce wrinkles to improve personal appearance. I subsequently used the product as instructed for three weeks and then discontinued product use for the following reasons: eye discomfort, periodic ******** headaches, constant "heat" discomfort in my face. The ******* indicates a 60 day free trial. I subsequently called The Soap Tree store manager, ********, repeatedly and she has ************ refused to return my calls. I have made many trips to the store which is frequently closed or if the store is open, the manager is never present and the attending staff state that I must speak with the manager.
    I contacted The Soap Tree Canada but I can only leave a voice message which is never returned. I contacted the ******* customer service and was informed that I must deal with the "store" to address my concern.
