    I have been receiving harassing phone calls and now text messages from TPH Law for at least a year now, asking for an individual by the name of '***** ********' regarding 'file number *********' - I have no idea who this person is, I've never known anyone by this name. When I first started to receive voicemails from TPH Law asking for this individual I disregarded them as spam or a scam of some kind. The calls continued, and finally I recently looked this firm up and was surprised to find that it is in fact a real legal firm. I blocked one of the numbers that I received one of these phone calls from, and this morning I received a threatening text message from TPH law advising that I must contact them at ###-###-####.
    The only resolution I am looking for is to no longer receive any contact from this firm - again, I have no idea who this individual is that they are attempting to contact but it certainly is not me.

    Hi,

    In 2022 I took out a $5,000 loan so that I could move, I didn't have anyone to help me and I had to hire movers. In April 2022, I lost my job. Which really sucked! It was everything I could do to keep most of my bills paid, but one fell on the back burner. When I finally got a new job (March 2024) I contacted the place I borrowed from who told me they sold it to a collection agency. The collection agency took forever to contact me, but once they did, I offered $100/month. They told me no. I told them I couldn't afford anything else. They demanded I pay the outstanding balance of (3000-ish) or nothing, so they got nothing.

    Now a new company is contacting me, TPH Law. I have been significantly harassed. The contacted my mother who currently has a no contact order with me and tried to guilt her into giving them my number. They have my number.... I know this because they've called 4-9 times a day since January 2025. The first time, I picked up, and I offered them the same offer I gave the other company. $100/month or nothing. They told me no. Now they're threatening me with a "Petition for bankruptcy" which is ridiculous, because they absolutely can not throw me into bankruptcy - * **** ******** *** ****** ***** **** ********** ****.

    **** ****** has called me to shout demands at me, and then hang up on me before I could respond.

    They have put undo pressure on me at a time when I haven't needed it.     This matter was resolved two years ago. The organization keeps contacting me even after they said they would not as any debt was covered in bankruptcy and also this debt does not and has never showed up on a credit report. This debt apparently occurred over 20 years ago with ***** *****.

    TPH claimed to have been contacted about my old debt from *******. When I received the initial emails, I responded and let them know about my situation and why I was unable to pay at the time. I also told them that I have started working, although I'm not making much, I would be able to make small payments monthly. The lady refused and said the only option I have is to pay in full or they will pursue legal action against me. If they actually were to take me to court, I still will be given time to make payments. So why can't they just accept the monthly payment arrangement now before going to court and further ruining my credit? I really need help because the threatening emails haven't stopped. It's not that I refuse to pay, I just can't afford to pay that amount all at once.

    I had TPH reach out saying I owe money.

    I have since been making payments and have emailed and reached out MULTIPLE times to ask for a full statement of account (all payments I've made and the remaining balance).

    No one is getting back to me, and I am going to start stopping payments unless I receive an update on my account.

    Currently, based on my banking statements, I have paid:
    $7,150 since October 26, 2023

    I have requested several times a full document providing the account breakdown, including fees, charges, and balance, and what the purchased my debt for,
    have never received anything.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Business did not provide all information from all payments including payments made to *** *****, my statement of account with full details (their interest they are paying ontop of interest already paid).

    I am requiring them to remove all interest and provide me with a proper statement of my entire payments to *********, *** *****, them, and all interest and provide what each interest is accumulated on.

    this Is getting beyond ridiculous and silly. Being a firm they should know the legal regulation without trying to scare tactic a young woman into paying beyond what she legally is entitled to.

    The conduct of the employees at this "collection agency" are incredibly unprofessional and extremely rude, borderline aggressive.

    This company keeps harassing me on a daily basis in an attempt to trick me into paying them for a 2015 credit card debt that they've recently purchased.

    The debt is past the statute of limitations and has already been removed from my ******* credit report many years ago.

    I refuse to answer their calls as they will most likely try to reopen the debt by claiming that I willingly discussed a new agreement with them which I have not, and will not, do.

    I am recieving repeated unwanted phone calls from this business, at least 2 a week. I have e-mailed the business a few weeks ago requesting them to stop.
    I believe they are attempting to reach the former subscriber of my phone number for collection purposes, however I have made it known to the business that they I am not who they are looking for. The phone calls from this business are automated, and attempting to talk to a human is difficult, even though they are advising to do so.

    I have been getting calls from this organization for a person named ******* ****. My name is ****** *********** and I have been telling the people calling that I am not the person in the call. Yet I keep getting 5-6 calls everyday on my phone. I'm being harassed by these many calls and is affecting me at my working hours. This has been happening for the past 1-2 years. I want them to stop calling me and remove my contact details from their data base and not to contact me again.

    I paid my debt to tph legal services and 5 weeks later i still have not received a receipt or release for the money i paid.i have repeatedly sent them emails and called, they keep blowing me off
