    ******** ***** Shain company am very disappointed with SHEIN’s customer service. I ordered several items, but upon arrival, some were damaged and others did not fit. Over the past month, I have contacted SHEIN many times, asking for instructions on how to return the goods. They have refused to provide a return label or an address, and they continue to ignore my emails. I even tried calling their 1-888 customer service number, but no one answered.
    This experience has been extremely frustrating and feels very unfair. I spent my money in good faith, yet I have been left with no way to return the items or receive a refund. ** * ******** ** ******** ******* I expect companies to follow proper return and refund policies.
    * ** **** * ******* *** * **** SHEIN *** ***** ********* ** ** ** keeping my money without providing fair service.
    I truly hope SHEIN will take responsibility. I won't ever order anything from this company again. This is my first and last time I would buy something from Shain

    RE: SHEIN -I have bought thousands of $ of clothes from them ******* * **** * *** ** ******* I find their variety great but challenge with sizing sometimes and have to do some returns (but I usually order in another size). All of a sudden they have frozen my account stating "has been suspended for “unusual activity.” They will not give me any details as to why. They even has the nerve to tell me to shop elsewhere! I always return if I have to within their policies but yet still order thousands of $ ***** ****** ******. Returns is the only thing I can think of that they be mad put this is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. ******** ** * **** * ***** ** **** **** ********** ******** **** **** * ** ****** ** ******* ** ** *** * **** ******** ****** * ****** ******** **********

    This is regarding order number ***************.
    I ordered off shein as I have done a few times before. I just received my order. I tried on the clothes and two of the the tops didn't fit. I want to return them. I go to start a return and come to find out that out of everything I ordered, nothing can be returned. Why am I paying for 2 tops that don't fit? I understand that if it's jewelry, swim wear or lingerie you can't return it. These two tops do not fall under that category. I just want the money back for those two tops. It even says on the app and website FREE RETURNS. So, I want to do my return and get my money back.
