    On July 17 purchased $500 worth of labels for *** to not accept them and for the Stallion technical support to tell me to get lost and deal with their ******** website interface which I put in my address on sign up and they connect it to their location in NEW YORK when I am from Canada. They won’t answer their emails or phone which I’ve called like three times to try to get someone to look into this.

    Either refund me or a dispute will come from my bank.

    I am filing this complaint against Stallion Express regarding an unauthorized $1,000 CAD charge to my **** ********** in late June 2025. I am a long-time customer who always manually entered my CVV and approved charges through their portal.

    On this occasion, Stallion imposed a $1,000 “penalty” for a rejected shipment (valued at roughly $50 USD) without notice, documentation, or my approval. The charge was processed without any CVV or confirmation input. It was routed through a third-party processor (*********), whose involvement was never communicated to me. I learned of the charge only by reviewing my credit card account.

    I sent a registered letter on July 4, 2025 (delivered July 7, 2025), demanding a refund of $950 CAD (agreeing that $50 is fair) or a documented justification. As of July 16, 2025, Stallion has not responded.

    **Desired outcome:** I request a refund of $950 CAD and a clear explanation of how this charge was authorized without my approval.

    I am filing a complaint against Stallion Express Inc. for applying a $1000 penalty to my internal account credit balance without providing any legal or contractual justification.

    The charge was applied after a $6.86 shipment to the U.S. was returned by U.S. Customs. Stallion claims the rejection was due to missing Country of Origin marking. However, I have submitted screenshots showing the marking was clearly present, and Stallion has not provided a formal CBP rejection notice or a cost breakdown.

    Their Terms of Service only allow for an administrative penalty of up to $300 for misdeclared items, not $1000. Their updated U.S. shipping policies were emailed to customers after my shipment was sent. No clear contractual basis exists for this penalty, and the funds were removed from my internal account ******* ********  I am requesting a full refund (restoration of credit) and removal of the $1000 charge.
