    Terrible, disorganized service with brothers solely relying upon brand recognition built by their father. They have not called when alarms have been going off at times. They have not called when alarms have been going off at times. I had to call twice last week in a attempt to get service to my home, and both times they failed to return my call to book. My home has had faults in the panel now and not functioning properly for a month now, and they are clueless. The establishment looks like it hasnt been updated since the 60s with old carpeting, marked up walls, and random handwritten pieces of cut out cardboard for their "inventory". For a company who sells tech, they dont even have their inventory in a computer system. They still havent called me to warranty a co2 alarm that they installed only 5 years ago and retails for 180 bucks.They are an absolutely horrible company, and i have several first hand accounts of mismanagement from a previous employee. They are the slumlords of business, with what appears to be little to nothing being reinvested.
