      Recently we had Total Security update our older home alarm system. Ray’s staff were professional and courteous. The work was done neatly, respectful of our home and furnishings. I highly recommend Total Security for your home or business and would not hesitate to use their services in the future.

      *** ***** *** **** **** He doesn’t know what he’s installed, he does not honour his warranty and questions the customers integrity to avoid fixing the issue. Ive completed 4 properties with ray and his service is non existent. ***** ***** ****** ****** *** ***** **** * *** His invoices indicate OEM cameras, after having one faulty camera professionally removed, we noted that they in fact was NOT OEM ********* cameras.

      Furthermore, the cameras were WORKING PERFECTLY till you or someone decided to remove the camera from the installation
      And claim that the camera is now broken
      If it was broken the camera would not have been working over 2 years
      Removing any hardware/tampering/ misuse AUTOMATICALLY voids any warranty
      We have provided you service over 5 years, occasionally at NO COST
      As we ALWAYS ALWAYS stand by our service warranty, as all the other reviews below ,testify
      You refused to pay au for a billable service call ,of $100 at one of your locations I.e. ****** **** TORONTO
      Please rest assured, that we will provide you the services promised as soon as you clear up the amount owing
      We have been in business since the past 30 years and our customers have been more than satisfied with our POST INSTALLATION service ***************************************************************************

      Ray is absolutely fabulous!
      He installed my security system a few years ago ** ***** ******** *** ****** ******* ** *** **** **** ** *** ******* *** **** ****** **** ** ****** not only has the system been wonderful, anytime I’ve had any issues Ray has been right there to help me out.
      I seem to live in an older area, phone and cable lines are not the best, so I have been through several different Internet providers and within different providers, a numerous types of modems. Every time an ISP or modem needs to be changed, that change has to be forwarded on to the Security company, so I can access my system when outside of my house, & every time this happens, Ray has been quick to come over & help me out. We’ve gotten to the point now that I can do most of the updates myself… * ** ********* **** however, anytime I do need him he gets back to me right away. Anytime he can’t help me, he’s got a fabulous network of people who can.
      It’s not always about the initial purchase with some products, it’s much more often about the ongoing Support, & this is where Ray excels.
      He even updated some of the software on my system for no charge making life easier for me the next time I have to switch out modems ***

      Rahil is the most honest and reputable person I have met in this industry. He was recommended to me by a friend and I have to say his pricing is the best I have seen so far in comparison. He is on time, works very hard and makes sure that his clients are happy with the work. Even after installing the system, I was able to contact him for questions and he responded back very diligently. I do not have to worry about ever not being able to get in touch with him. I highly recommend Rahil to anyone that is looking to install alarm system, camera's, home theatre systems etc.

      My experience with Total Security has been amazing. I had Ray install cameras in two of my houses which were done very professionally which I really like about him.
