    Terrible customer service, have been waiting well over 3 months for a payout.. I had to personally chase the lender, the dealer ship and my insurance to provide paperwork just to find out they still need more paperwork all of a sudden.. 3 months later and I'm still paying out of pocket.. what's the point of even paying for a GAP insurance if it causes more stress and headache? I call, sit on hold for 3 hours, I email multiple times then don't reply for another week.. *** ********** ** ******** ******* *** *** **** **** **** ************

    Applicant is given 60 days to file a claim and then given 90 days to submit documents. Once everything is submitted our verification process commences. This is pretty much the industry standard for similar type of products. We do however, once the claim is approved, payout from the date of the total loss so that the applicant in NOT out of funds.
