    I live on Willowmac in Chatham. Bluewater came to open my pool the first week of June and as of July 12 has still not finished the job.. instead, my pool is a stagnant, smelly mess of algae water. They have, however, billed me for $300 I have been assured numerous times that I would be called back "in the next couple of days". I have tried to contact them by phone and by email multiple times.I am beyond upset that my pool is in this state and that it will cost me so much money to get it back to where it should be They also told me the reason they stopped work on the day pool was supposed to be opened was that at a a leak. Another pool company I had to look at it could not verify that statement.I understand that Bluewater Pools is busy and probably don't need my business but that is a terrible way to treat customers

    Re- the above complaint against Bluewater pools in Chatham Ontario

    as requested by an email recently received by me, I am providing an update

    Bluewater pools has never returned my previous calls, nor have they responded to this complaint

    They have made no efforts to resolve the situation or address my billing concerns

    The state they left my pool in, cost me hundreds of dollars in service from another company to get the pool back in working order

    As of this date, I have still only received an invoice of $300 from this company and no response to my concerns or complaints

    Obviously, I am extremely dissatisfied with their response and the resolution
