    My boyfriend works for haj tires and rims as a mechanic. He purchased my tires at cost for 291$ which i paid for. My boyfriend installed the tires with no quote or bill showing cost for install or balance as my boyfriend chose to do it to save money. After our breakup he convinced his boss Haj to make a bill for install and balance which came to 650$ and now is threatening to put a lien on my car if I don't pay. I simply wanted the tires as my nephew who owns a garage would have done the work for 80 $ . My boyfriend is vindictive as a result there's a possible lien on my car.

    I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the service I have received from Haj Tires and Rims. On December 16, I purchased winter tires and rims from your establishment for a total amount of $1,661.15. Despite my request, I was refused a proper receipt for this transaction.Furthermore, upon inspection of the rims I purchased, it became evident that they were in a significantly rusted condition, rendering them unusable. As a consumer, I am deeply concerned about the quality of the products I have received and the lack of accountability demonstrated by your company.Despite my efforts to resolve this matter amicably, I have made numerous phone calls (approximately 7-8 times) and visited your establishment in person three times to seek a resolution, all to no avail. The lack of response and action on your part is both unacceptable and unprofessional.I demand immediate action to rectify this situation. Specifically, I expect the following:A full refund of the $1,661.15 paid for the winter tires and rims.An official receipt for the transaction, as legally required.An explanation for the poor quality of the rims sold to me.Assurance that steps will be taken to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.Failure to address these concerns within a reasonable timeframe will leave me with no choice but to escalate this matter further, including seeking assistance from consumer protection agencies and exploring legal options to protect my rights as a consumer.I trust that you will take prompt and appropriate action to resolve this matter satisfactorily. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to discuss the steps you will be taking to address my concerns.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

    I am deeply concerned and formally complain about the distressing incident at HAJ Rims and Tires Auto Service on May 20th, around 1:00 pm. The incident involved severe violations of consumer rights: unauthorized work, denial of receipt, and potential unlicensed operation.

    Upon dropping off my vehicle, I explicitly instructed the staff to repair the inner tie rod of the front left wheel. However, upon picking up my car at 2:00 pm, I discovered that the inner tie rod for the right wheel had been changed without consent. No work was requested or authorized for the right wheel, violating my consumer rights. Additionally, I was forced to pay $100 for unauthorized services, constituting fraudulent behaviour. Despite my request, the staff unreasonably denied providing a receipt, raising concerns about transparency and credibility. The deliberate refusal indicates an intention to evade accountability and mislead consumers.

    Furthermore, I faced verbal abuse when expressing dissatisfaction and questioning the unauthorized work. Such unprofessional behaviour is unacceptable, and consumers should not endure derogatory treatment while seeking clarification and holding a business accountable.
    It has also come to my attention that HAJ Rims and Tires Auto Service may not possess a valid operating license. This revelation casts doubt on the establishment's credibility and adherence to regulatory standards. I urge a thorough investigation into their licensing status to protect unsuspecting consumers from potential exploitation.

    In light of these grievances, I demand an immediate resolution. I seek a full refund of the $100 charged for unauthorized work. I implore the B***** ******** ****** to conduct a comprehensive investigation, ensuring strict compliance with licensing requirements and consumer protection regulations. This is vital to prevent future misconduct and safeguard consumers' rights and interests.
