    After they ***** and *****) do your driveway, they block your number and do not provide receipts.

    These people were already at the front trimming my neighbour’s tree, which we share, and asked if I wanted to trim my side of the tree as well. They don’t “trim”, they cut and let the branches/limbs fall to the ground. In my case, some fell onto the roof of my garage, damaging the gutter. They also left debris on the garage roof, never bothering to clean it, never mind fixing the dent, something else we now have to fix ourselves. In addition, they agreed to cut the tree trunk in the back yard and cut down the stump. They managed to cut the trunk with great difficulty but left it there due to the impending snow storm. I had to withhold final payment to ensure they returned to cut the trunk. They did return late the following week to cut and haul it away but complained the tree was too hard and couldn’t cut the stump. *** * **** *** ***** swearing on their good name they would be back to cut it. I’m still waiting. They also left a mess with all the saw dust from the cutting, something we now have been slowly cleaning up ourselves. Definitely not professional. Your tree is butchered and then you have to clean up the mess yourself, although they do take away the big limbs. I don’t mind too much about the tree in the front, technically it’s not ours.     my driveway was resurfaced by Ultra Paving and Contracting on October 23, 2024.
    I have been calling this business, talked to Tom/Scott, and got promised twice to rectify the problem with water running into my garage floor due to the wrong paved slope. No one showed up to date
