    My mother purchased an outdoor fountain as a birthday gift on April 26th 2025, an $80.00 deposit was placed since he did not have the stand and basin in stock, he would have to contact his supplier. On May 4th, we went to check if the fountain had come in, it had not, we found another that we liked, paid for the fountain, some plants, paving stones and delivery in the amount of $491.55 an it was delivered on May 10th, but only the stand, basin, statue and paving stones, no pump to make it work. This was to be delivered the following week. We waited and contacted him, he was not available and had not received the pump. He showed up in June and realized that the basin was not deep enough for the pump nor the correct one for this application. He took the basin back with him and advise us that he would be back with the correct one within 2 weeks. The 2 weeks passed and still no one called. I called several time, and it kept going to voice mail. Was finally able to get a call back and an appointment was set up for July 26 with a reminder call on the 24th, the basin was different material then the rest of the fountain which did not matter as long as it would be okay for the application. When I called on the 24th, he advised me that there was a chip on the basin, but he had the person who makes them come in on the 25th to fix it and it would be bringing it on the 26th between 10:00am and 11:00am, he asked that I call him in the morning of the 26th as a reminder. Called at 9:30am, at that time he told me that he had a cement delivery to do and would be there in the afternoon, he would call me when he was on the way, * *** ** ****** * ******** ********** *** **** ********* ***** ** ***** **** ** ***** at 2:00pm still no show, I left a message that I was not pleased with this, finally at 5:00pm he called me back and said that the person who had to be doing the cement job hurt his back I told him to come pick up the stand and statue. No show and does not answer calls.
